This course is an ongoing offering that opens at different times
throughout the year. Each round has its own rhythm, theme, and its own
unique group of women, but the heart of the work stays the same: learning
to experience Torah not only as something you understand, but as
something you can feel, live, and return to.
So many women know how to learn, think, analyze, and do. But there is
another way to meet Torah — through the body, the heart, the inner world,
the feminine, and the places inside us that are quietly asking to be
brought closer.
This course is a space to slow down and explore Jewish mystical wisdom
through the lens of healing, embodiment, shadow, nervous system work,
inner child, desire, shame, receiving, and relationship with Hashem.
Not as information.
As integration.
Together, we take concepts like light and vessel, the Sefirot, teshuvah,
feminine receiving, the story of Adam and Chava (and a lot more) and
allow them to become living maps for what is happening inside us.
- Where am I contracted?
- Where am I receiving?
- Where am I hiding?
- Where am I resisting the light?
- Where am I trying to be good instead of being honest?
- Where is Hashem inviting me into a deeper return?
This course is for the woman who wants her spiritual life to feel more
intimate and alive. The woman who wants room for her questions, her body,
her longing, her grief, her desire, her softness, and her truth inside
her relationship with Hashem.
Each class includes teaching, reflection, honest conversation, and guided
inner work. Depending on the round, we may move through meditation,
somatic awareness, journaling, shadow work, feminine embodiment and other
integration practices.
This is not a course about becoming more religious, more perfect, or more
inspired from the outside.
It is an invitation to come closer.
To yourself.
To your body.
To Torah.
To Hashem.
To the parts of your soul that are ready to be remembered.
Because Torah was never meant to live only in the mind.
It was meant to become a pathway home.
